Our spare parts are made for Jama. To make troubleshooting easier, detailed manuals are available to each machine. If you need help, we are just a phone call or e-mail away.

That is why we have organized a department that minimize downtimes, no matter if it is a planned maintenance service, urgent need for spare parts or machine failure that needs to be fixed with the help of our service technicians.

Service department

The employees in the service department are experts in Jama’s machines, with specialist expertise in both mechanics and hydraulics as well as various problems related to electronics. The combination of different competences is provided to best manage customers’ needs for corrective maintenance, service and maintenance. Jama’s aftermarket department aims to stock most spare parts in order to reduce downtime for the customer. The inventory level is measured thoroughly and continuously against sales, planned service according to service agreements and reported statistics.
